At Uebsajt LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with our work or wish to cancel the service, you may do so as per the following terms:
Cancellation Before Website Publication
You can cancel the service and request a refund within 30 days while we are building the website, provided the website has not yet been published.
Once the website is published, you may download it and host it on your own server, at which point the service will be considered complete and no refunds will be issued.
Refund Process
If you cancel before the website is published, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the website development, minus any non-refundable fees (such as setup fees).
If we have purchased a domain and hosting on your behalf, a non-refundable setup fee of €65 will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
Digital Goods and Domain/Hosting Setup
If the domain and hosting have been purchased by Uebsajt LLC, the setup fee for these services is non-refundable, even if the website is canceled before publication.
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
No Refunds After Publication
No refunds will be issued after the website has been published, as the service is considered complete once the website is live, and the client may download and use it on their own servers.
Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on the Website.
